EVENTS - BUNDU BASH

THE BIOSPHERE BUNDU BASH

Since its proclamation as an UNESCO Biosphere in 2001, the Waterberg Biosphere Reserve (WBR) has been instrumental in promoting solutions reconciling the conservation of biodiversity with sustainable use for 21 years. Waterberg Biosphere also implements projects towards improved human livelihoods in an area of unique and unsurpassed beauty and biodiversity.

The WBR is a registered non-profit organisation supported by UNESCO, Limpopo (provincial), South African (national) government and also by international bodies worldwide as leaders and agents of biodiversity conservation in South Africa.

Without our amazing local community and supporters worldwide, keeping our Biosphere safe, healthy and protected would have been an impossible task.

But thanks to the determination and passion of individuals and stakeholders like yourselves the Biosphere has been able to make an actual difference not only in the lives of people, but in conserving the unique plant and animal life of the Waterberg.

For the first time in history, and in order to continue our essential work in the Waterberg, we are holding a fundraiser:
The Biosphere Bundu Bash!
